Membership Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a membership, you are entering into a membership agreement.

• If you choose to cancel your membership before the end of the agreed term, an early termination fee of 25% of the remaining balance will apply.
• 3-Month Memberships: One membership pause is permitted for up to 4 weeks.
• Sickness or Injury: Unlimited membership pauses are available where a valid doctor's certificate is provided.

Loyalty Discount

All pass and membership holders receive a 20% loyalty discount on future pass and membership purchases.
