Each week, we move through grounding practices designed to regulate the nervous system and anchor you into the body, gentle accessible movement, restorative postures and conscious rest. From this place of steadiness, we begin to explore the subtle layers of yoga. Through thoughtfully woven philosophy, you’ll be introduced to the deeper teachings of the practice.
Each class will carry a guiding theme, paired with pranayama, mantra and Bhakti, offering you simple, tangible ways to integrate these teachings into your everyday life. This is a nourishing, slow-paced offering, one that invites reflection, presence, and inner listening. You’ll leave feeling steadied, restored, and connected, to yourself, and to the heart of yoga.
