Womb Yoga is a sacred somatic practice that gently guides you back into connection with her, your center of creation, intuition, and power. Through weaving of breath, meditation, and embodied yoga, you are invited to soften, release what has been held, and return home to yourself.
This space invites you to ask:
Where have I been withholding love from my own body, desires, and truth?
You will be guided to explore the spaces you have avoided, suppressed, or disconnected from, so you can open yourself to deeper pleasure, presence, and self-acceptance.
Together we will journey slowly and intentionally through hips, heart, throat, and jaw — creating space to reconnect and reopen the womb portal, your channel of creation and expression.
