Haven is a sanctuary of deep rest and nervous system repair. This class weaves together restorative yoga’s gentle, supported postures with the profound guided relaxation of Yoga Nidra.

The restorative portion cushions the body in shapes designed to release tension, open subtle pathways, and invite a quiet sense of safety. With props and time, muscles soften, joints ungrip, and breath becomes steady. Restorative yoga is a balm for chronic stress, fatigue, and the relentless pace of modern life, allowing the body to downshift into healing mode.

Yoga Nidra follows as a guided journey through layers of awareness. Often called “yogic sleep,” Nidra works at the level of the nervous system and subconscious mind, promoting deep restoration, emotional balance, and improved sleep quality. It is remarkably potent for those who hold stress in the body or mind and crave a place to completely let go.

Together, restorative yoga and Nidra create a refuge: a place to rest, renew, and reconnect with yourself more deeply. Students leave feeling calmer, clearer, and subtly transformed—like they have returned to themselves.
