Step into a sanctuary of calm with Soothe. This nurturing practice combines gentle breathwork, minimal seated movement and a restorative sound bath to create a harmonious journey for body, mind, and soul.

What to Expect:
We begin with gentle, grounding breathwork, helping you arrive fully in the present moment while calming the nervous system and easing mental tension. You’ll then move through very gentle seated stretches and movements that subtly release stiffness and prepare your body for stillness.
The class concludes with a deeply restorative sound bath. As soothing vibrations wash over you, your body and mind enter a state of profound relaxation, stress melts away, and energy is gently rebalanced.
