Restorative yoga invites you to surrender into comfort, your body supported by blankets, bolsters, and props so that you may truely let go. In this cocoon of ease, the nervous system unwinds, stress gently dissolves, and your whole being is nourished by the medicine of rest.
You will be guided into the luminous realms of Yoga Nidra, a practice often called yogic sleep. This deeply restorative meditation carries you inward, into the fertile space between wakefulness and dream, where healing, clarity, and balance naturally arise. You remain held in awareness, even as your body drifts into profound relaxation.
Woven through the practice are the shimmering frequencies of sound healing. Crystal bowls, soothing tones, and gentle vibrations ripple through the body, untangling layers of tension and tuning you back into harmony. Together, these practices create an exquisite alchemy of rest, stillness, and renewal, a journey to realign body, mind, and spirit.
