This is a deeply relaxing Yin Yoga class designed to help you slow down, release tension, and calm the mind.
You’ll move through a series of supported, floor-based postures held for longer periods, typically two to five minutes, allowing your body to soften and your connective tissue to lengthen. Bolsters, blocks, and blankets are used to make the practice accessible and comfortable for all bodies. As the body relaxes, gentle mindfulness and meditation guidance helps quiet the mind and ease stress.
Some classes focus more on deep physical release, while others emphasize mental calm and emotional restoration, depending on the intention of the day.
Yin Yoga is suitable for everyone, no flexibility or prior experience is required. It’s perfect for beginners as well as more experienced yogis wanting to balance their active practices.
