Soft is a gentle, slow-flow Vinyasa practice designed to awaken your body with ease and mindfulness. This class moves at a soothing pace, guiding you through fluid sequences that open joints, lengthen muscles, and cultivate graceful strength. Breath-led movement encourages presence, allowing you to connect with your body while inviting a sense of calm and clarity.

Every posture is explored with intention, giving space for alignment, sensation, and ease. This is a class for those who want to move mindfully, honor their body, and cultivate energy without strain.

The flowing portion is complemented by moments of stillness and gentle release, helping the nervous system settle and creating balance between activity and rest. Students leave feeling grounded, open, and connected, fully present in body, mind, and breath.
