Loosen is a deeply restorative practice that combines Myofascial Release techniques with the long, nourishing holds of Yin yoga. This class begins with gentle, guided myofascial release, using props and mindful movement to target fascia, release tension, and free the body’s connective tissue. These techniques help restore mobility, ease stiffness, and prepare the body for deeper release.
Following the release, we move into Yin yoga postures, where long-held shapes invite the nervous system to settle, the body to soften, and space to open. The combination of myofascial release and Yin creates a profound sense of spaciousness, ease, and alignment, allowing both body and mind to unwind deeply.
Students leave Loosen feeling supple, grounded, and renewed, a perfect practice for stress relief, recovery, and nurturing long-term vitality. This is a class for anyone who wants to release tension, deepen flexibility, and reconnect with the body’s natural ease.
