This is an energising Vinyasa Flow class that links movement with breath in a continuous, flowing sequence.
Classes combine traditional yoga postures with creative transitions and variations, guided by music to support rhythm, focus, and momentum. The pace can vary. Some classes are stronger and more dynamic, while others are slower and more controlled, depending on the intention for the day.
Vinyasa flow helps build strength, mobility, balance, and body awareness, while also supporting cardiovascular fitness and mental focus.
This is an open-level class. However, we recommend completing our 4-week beginner course or having some prior vinyasa experience.
