This 75-minute class is deeply supportive Yin Yoga offering, using bolsters, blocks, and blankets to gently open your physical and energetic bodies. Long-held, floor-based postures (3–5 minutes each) help dissolve tension, soften the heart, and create space for your inner voice to be heard.
You don’t need to be flexible or experienced , this practice is for everyone.
