A Journey Into Stillness: Restorative Yoga & Sound Bath
Let yourself be held.
Restorative yoga is an invitation to soften, to surrender, and to simply be. In this deeply nurturing practice, your body is lovingly supported by props, bolsters, blankets, and blocks, allowing you to fully let go and drift into a state of profound rest. There is no effort, no striving. Just gentle stillness and spaciousness.
As your nervous system begins to settle and your breath slows, stress melts away and a deep inner calm emerges. This is a practice of coming home to yourself, of honouring your need for slowness, care, and quiet.
We complete the journey with a blissful sound bath, where healing vibrations wash over you in waves of resonance and harmony. The different instruments soothing frequencies help to release held emotions, clear energetic blockages, and restore balance on every level, body, mind, and spirit.
This offering is open to all.
