Power Yoga is a strong, dynamic, and athletic style of yoga that will leave you feeling energised, grounded, and alive. Set in our cozy studio heated to a toasty 26°C with Infrared Heating, this class delivers a full-body experience from your fingertips to your toes.

Expect a sweaty, feel-good flow that includes:

This is a moving meditation. You’ll breathe deeply, move with intention, and learn to tune in to your body like never before. The intensity keeps your mind fully present (there’s no space to stress about your to-do list), and the payoff is that post-class buzz we all love.

We finish with a short, blissful Savasana to reset your nervous system and rejuvenate your body. And when you return to the rest of your day… somehow everything just feels a little lighter.
