This deeply nurturing class weaves together the healing elements of Restorative Yoga, the soul-soothing practice of Yoga Nidra, and the gentle, aromatic support of essential oils to guide you into profound rest and reconnection.
With the help of bolsters, blankets, and mindful stillness, your body will be cradled in long-held, fully supported shapes, inviting layers of physical and emotional tension to melt away with each breath. There is no effort here, only ease.
As the body settles, you’ll be guided into the liminal space of Yoga Nidra, or “yogic sleep.” This ancient practice carries you into a state between wakefulness and dreaming, where deep healing, subconscious release, and intuitive clarity can unfold effortlessly.
Throughout the experience, carefully chosen essential oils will be offered to awaken your senses, soothe your nervous system, and support the energetic intention of the practice, whether it be grounding, opening, calming, or clearing.
This is a class for the weary, the busy, the tender-hearted, and the curious. A place to simply be. A space to remember your own softness.
