Step into a sanctuary of calm of Restore, a 90-minute class designed to guide you into deep relaxation and renewal. This nurturing practice combines Restorative Yoga, and Guided Meditation to create a harmonious journey for body, mind, and soul.

What to Expect:
We begin with Restorative Yoga, a practice of fully supported postures using props to allow the body to completely let go. With extended holds and minimal effort, this part of the class encourages physical and emotional release while nurturing your body’s natural healing process.

Concluding with a Guided Meditation, where you’ll be led into a tranquil state of mindfulness and inner stillness. This meditative journey will leave you feeling centered, refreshed, and grounded.
