Whether you're brand new to yoga or looking to refine your practice, our 75-minute Beginner Workshops with Debbie are the perfect space to build confidence, skill, and awareness in your movement.
Each session focuses on connecting with your body and breath, improving both flexibility and strength, and learning to move with more ease and stability.
Each week you'll explore different key foundational poses, including:
✔️ Standing postures
✔️ Twists
✔️ Forward and backbends
✔️ Sun salutations
✔️ Simple inversions
We’ll also break down alignment principles to help you feel more supported and comfortable in every pose, while introducing breathwork (pranayama), relaxation, and meditation to deepen your practice.
This class is open to everyone, there’s no need to commit to a course, just drop in any Monday night and build your practice at your own pace.
