In this session, we focus on activating and harmonising the CNS through Reflexology, Yoga, and breathwork to bring your body into a state of calm and balance.
What you’ll learn:
- Reflexology techniques to stimulate the spinal reflex zones on the feet, helping to release tension, pain, and blockage
- Yoga postures that support spinal flexibility, strength, and energy flow
- The connection between the spine and the nervous system, fascia, and vital organs
- Breathing techniques to soothe the nervous system, reduce stress, and promote deep relaxation
