About your facilitator

Annelise Remigio – Movement & Structural Bodywork Practitioner

Annelise is a highly skilled Movement and Structural Bodywork Practitioner with a deep understanding of the body’s myofascial system and biomechanics. With certifications in Contemporary Pilates, Slings Myofascial Training, and Anatomy in Motion, Annelise brings a unique and integrated approach to movement and bodywork. She is also a certified teacher trainer with Art of Motion, has studied Yoga Anatomy for Athletes with Gary Ward at Tamara Yoga, and is currently training in Kinesiology with O’Neil Kinesiology.

Passionate about guiding people toward more efficient, pain-free movement, Annelise’s teaching blends science and somatics, helping students unlock strength, mobility, and resilience. Her work focuses on the interconnectedness of movement patterns, fascia, and nervous system regulation, allowing participants to cultivate grounded, fluid, and functional movement.
