This nourishing 75-minute class blends the stillness of Yin Yoga with the deep relaxation of Yoga Nidra. In the first half of the class, we move slowly through Yin postures, long held, floor based shapes designed to target the deeper connective tissues of the body. Yin invites stillness and spaciousness into your muscles, joints, and mind, helping to increase flexibility, release tension, and calm the nervous system.

In the second half, you’ll be guided into the profoundly restful practice of Yoga Nidra, also known as "yogic sleep." Through gentle body scans and breath awareness, Yoga Nidra leads you into a state between waking and sleeping, where the body can heal, the mind can clear, and deep inner peace can arise.

Ending your day with Yin & Nidra is like pressing the reset button for your entire being. You’ll leave feeling soothed, balanced, and ready for a night of restorative sleep.
