Medicine for the soul.

Bathe in the soothing energy of the full moon as you journey inward through a powerful blend of Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra.

The class begins with deeply relaxing Yin Yoga, using the support of bolsters, blocks, and blankets to help you open physically and energetically. Long-held, floor-based postures (3–5 minutes each) gently stretch and hydrate your connective tissues, release stored tension, and invite a profound sense of calm. As your body softens, your mind is given the space to release the worries of the day.

You don't need to be flexible to practice Yin, it’s perfect for beginners and experienced yogis alike.

Following the yin sequence, you’ll be effortlessly guided into Yoga Nidra, a blissful, healing meditation often called "yogic sleep" (or, as we like to say, "supervised adult napping"). Through this simple yet powerful technique, you’ll move through the layers of the self (pancha maya kosha), dropping into a deeply restorative state that nourishes you from the inside out.

Benefits of this class include:
✨ Better sleep and relief from insomnia
✨ Reduced stress, anxiety, and overthinking
✨ Relief from tension headaches, migraines, and adrenal fatigue
✨ A deep connection back to self

This class activates the parasympathetic nervous system (your "rest and digest" mode), helping you feel replenished at the deepest level. Take a pause from the noise of life. Rest, reset, and remember how good it feels to just be.
