In this beginner Vinyasa Flow class, you’ll discover how to connect deeply with your body and breath, moving with greater skill, ease, and awareness. 


Through gentle guidance, we’ll help you release tension, enhance flexibility, and gradually build strength. You’ll explore essential foundational poses, including standing postures, forward and back bends, twists, a basic sun salutation, and a simple inversion.


Together, we’ll focus on finding alignment in each pose, so you can experience both stability and ease in your practice. 


You’ll also learn to use your breath as a powerful tool to support and deepen each movement.
