Join us for a transformative 90-minute Blindfold Restorative Yoga class. 

Restorative yoga is a practice of deep relaxation, where the body is fully supported by props, allowing you to release tension, restore balance, and heal from within. By gently holding poses for extended periods, this practice activates the parasympathetic nervous system, promoting profound rest and rejuvenation.

In this special class, we take the experience even deeper by removing the sense of sight. When we close our eyes and blindfold ourselves, we begin to turn inward, heightening our awareness of the body, breath, and subtle energies. Without visual distractions, the mind is invited to settle, and the connection to our inner world becomes more pronounced.

Mel will guide you through a sequence of restorative poses, each designed to nurture and comfort your body and mind. As you surrender into each posture, the blindfold will encourage you to trust your inner guidance, enhancing your ability to listen to what your body truly needs.

This class is open to all levels, however some experience with restorative or yin yoga is necessary.
