In this class we seamlessly combine the gentle art of pranayama (yogic breathing), the restorative essence of yoga poses, and the soothing resonance of crystal bowls.

Mantras or affirmations, pranayama techniques, and the resonating vibrations of a crystal healing sound bowl intricately tied to the Chakra will guide you on this transformative journey, accompanied by relaxing restorative postures.
