Join us for a deeply restorative Yin, Meditation and Sound session .

 This class is designed to help you unwind and find inner peace through a combination of floor-based Yin Yoga poses, guided meditation, and the healing power of crystal sound bowls.

Yin & Meditation Practice:
We will guide you through a series of Yin Yoga postures aimed at opening your body physically and energetically. Our sequences of relaxing poses use the support of bolsters, blocks, and blankets, designed to rid the body of tension and stress. Long holds (two to five minutes per posture) help you work deeper into the physical body, enabling you to lengthen and rejuvenate your connective tissue, increasing flexibility. As your body softens and relaxes, we will transition into guided meditation to help quiet the mind and deepen your inner awareness.

Crystal Sound Bowls:
Experience the beautiful benefits of crystal sound bowls, all attuned to the frequency of your 7 major chakras. The sound therapy provided by these bowls offers numerous healing benefits, including:
